The power of women.
How to support women well-being in the organization?
Women make up half of the population and the majority of university graduates. Their huge potential often remains unused. Before the pandemic, it seemed that we were on the right track to achieve equality between women and men in the labor market. Research shows that covid-19 reversed many of the positive changes and negatively affected the well-being of women who for many months carried over both professional and caring responsibilities.
Please take a look at the latest Well.hr report "Women's Power", which explores why the economy and business need women, shows how the pandemic has affected their professional situation and wellbeing at work, and shares inspiration of how employers can attract, develop and support women to fully use their potential. Learn about best practice of companies that have focused on women's leadership. The report was created thanks to our partners - PKN ORLEN, PwC and Warner Bros. Discovery.
